Macey
Macey Brickweg RDN, LDHi, I’m Macey, your Registered Dietitian based in St. Cloud, Minnesota. I earned my Nutrition degree from the College of Saint Benedict and completed my dietetic internship through CentraCare at St. Cloud Hospital.
I know that nutrition and food choices can sometimes feel confusing or stressful, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I’m here to make it simple, realistic, and enjoyable. I truly believe all foods can have a place in a balanced diet, and my favorite part of being a dietitian is helping people find ways to make healthy eating work for their life, without guilt or feeling overwhelmed.
When I’m not talking about nutrition, you’ll probably find me lifting weights, practicing yoga, getting lost in a book, or hanging out with friends and family!
