Ewing Farms is located in Big Lake, Minnesota and has been in the potato business since 1965. On 700 acres they grow a mix of red and yellow potatoes with their season spanning from late July to early October.

The farm has been in the family for 3 generations. Today, owner and second-generation Pete Ewing, recalls knowing, that even as a small child, he wanted to continue the legacy his father started. His enthusiasm for farming has only grown over the years.

Wingard Farms is located in Elk River, Minnesota. They started growing potatoes in 1918 and more than 100 years later, farming is still the family business. They grow 900 acres of potatoes, soybeans and seed corn.

As they look to passing the legacy on to the 5th generation, the Wingard’s make sustainable practices a priority. 4th generation family member, David Wingard put it best “I’ve got daughters, and I’ve got nephews. If they want to grow the business and be a part of this, then we’ve got to look at different things to keep this going”.

Our company humble beginnings date back to 1921 when Chester Coborn opened a small produce market on Broadway Street in Sauk Rapids, MN, where local customers could buy locally grown fruits and vegetables from Central Minnesota growers. Today, Chester’s legacy lives on. We’re still passionate about selling the freshest homegrown produce and locally made products. Pahl Farms - Apple Valley, MN

For 6 Generations, dating back to the early 1900’s, the Pahl family has been farming. Pahl Farms started along the Minnesota River bottoms in Bloomington and eventually relocated to the Apple Valley area where their main farm still operates. From generation to generation they have consistently grown the finest homegrown vegetables in Minnesota.
